The course is divided into three parts


Part 1:
It consist of three papers and is designed to test the basic principles of accounting the role of financial
information and understanding managerial issues.

Part 2:
It consists of six papers and covers all the core technical skills which finance professionals should possess,
regardless of where they work. It also develops students understanding of the legal framework in which
business operate and reinforces students financial skills.

Part 3:
It contains seven papers from which students must pass five. The core papers concentrate of the key aspect of
the account role in the strategic management of business. The focus is non testing a students ability to evaluate
informations within a professional ethical framework.

Registration Requirements

The students must be at least 18 years of age and hold any one of the following
a) Three GCSE and two A Levels in five separate including English and Mathematics or their equivalent
b) KCSE with a mean Grade of C Plain, & C in Maths & English language
c) ABE Certificate
d) A degree from a recognised University or any other qualification approved by

The course has a three part structure students are required to pass 14 papers.

PART III
Any two from the following four options
3.1 Audit and Assurance Services
3.2 Advanced Taxation

3.3 Performance Management
3.4 Business Information Management
